Rauceby is a lovely peaceful Lincolnshire village situated between Sleaford and Ancaster. De Vessey Fields’ 106 new homes are located next to a golf course, and built within the beautiful wooded grounds of the old Rauceby Hospital.
Many of the hospital’s original red brick buildings and features, built in the late 1800s, have been restored and converted to housing and the area’s rich history is also apparent in the still-operational Rauceby Station which acts as a gateway to the new homes development.
Our range of three, four and five-bedroom new homes, all have traditional Victorian-style exteriors to fit in with surrounding properties whilst also offering an ultra-modern interior.
Nearby attractions include Belvoir Castle, the ancestral home of the Duke and Duchess of Rutland for one thousand years, which is just 14 miles away, and Grimsthorpe Castle, home of the de Eresby family since 1516, which is also less than 15 miles away.
